Key Responsibilities
- UNDERSTAND DC POWER, be able to recommend power system for clients (Electronic basics understanding required).
- Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of DC Power, principles and practices within telecom.
- Assist in explaining product features to customers, and answer questions and concerns regarding
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Devise solutions based on limited information and precedents and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues
- Sales Support Team Management - Daily
- Manage shared workload with front end sales managers.
- Assist front end sales managers to bridge communication gap with customer service team.
- Monitor open order reports and remind front end sales to push for new orders
- Quotation preparation on behalf of sales managers supporting DC power systems, batteries, and
- New customer inquiries
- Filter and qualify new customer inquiries generated from the web or other sources.
- Working with PM and re-direct inquiries to authorized VARs or front-end sales.
- Accounts receivable and Purchasing Support - As needed
- Collaborate w/ procurement/sourcing team for MRO and other procurement efforts
- Assist finance and sales manager for A/R collection
- Internal Support to Business Operations
- Manage follow-ups and meetings with clients
- Collaborate and coordinate with other teams such as CS, Purchasing, Tech Support, RMA, Planning and Finance (communication skills very much needed here).
- Assist on research, market trends and assessments.
- Understand company’s business processes and policy.
- Basic SAP knowledge (YSEK1, VD03, MD04, VA03, MM03, MMBE)
- Strong technical background with knowledge in DC power systems, batteries, and related technologies, including applications in telecom, data centers, and other sectors.
- 4-year engineering degree.
- 5-7 years’ experience of DC knowledge.
- 3-year Customer Service or inside sales experience.
- Willingness to work late hours to communicate with business units and/or factories in
- Highly self-motivated and results driven
