Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating production plans, material requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Support daily production control activities, including order tracking, backlog monitoring, and inventory status updates.
  • Collect and organize planning-related data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, workflow efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of production planning, supply chain concepts, or manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Speak Chinese is a plus.
