IT Client Service Intern

About the Role:
To provide advanced support and troubleshooting of computer systems, IT services, desktop and peripherals for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains and upgrades all computer and peripheral equipment and software ensuring optimal workstation and IT services performance, including timely resolution of issues for assigned Helpdesk tickets and IT project management.
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including as-sociated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems.
- Administration of IT infrastructure and services including operation, maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
- Works with equipment vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Recommends and / or performs upgrades and maintenance on systems to ensure longevity.
- Interfaces with users through remote troubleshooting and on the phone for resolution of computer and/or connectivity issues.
- Creates user IDs and e-mail accounts for all users.
- Provides training and information to new users.
- Documentation creation and maintenance of IT inventory, procedures, instructions, and operations.
Minium Qualifications:
Interest in IT Client Services Support and IT Infrastructure, willingness to work, good communication, and actual or potential customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific program experience from IT domain.
