Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal parties to obtain freight tracking needed for billing
  • Understand the billing flow to bill and submit invoices to customers
  • Design the process flow for the entire billing procedure to document it
  • Learn and assist with Accounts Receivables to gain hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting workflows.
  • Support team to design relevant RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process to improve the team efficiency


Minimum Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in business administration or finance and its equivalent
