Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing customer and internal colleague’s inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer, partner and vendor records.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a reasonable amount of time.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and vendor management.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Communication: Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Skills Required:
- Project Management: Strong Project Management ability.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial.
