About the role:

The IT Project Manager will lead and deliver complex IT initiatives across Delta Americas, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and Delta corporate strategy. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously, including M&A infrastructure and application integrations, Delta Office Automation systems, application rollouts, and business teams’ enhancement requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UIBU overall business strategy, growth plan, and long-term transformation
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability and operational performance.
  • Strengthen UIBU’s core equipment portfolio, including product competitiveness, quality, reliability, and customer value.
  • Drive integration between UIBU and Delta’s existing products, technologies, and solutions to create marketable & differentiated offerings.
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and strengthen succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Senior executive experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Solid industry background in industrial equipment, electronics manufacturing, automation, or related B2B technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in business growth, product competitiveness, operational improvement, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong capability in cross-BU integration, market synergy creation, and senior stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to build leadership teams and develop successors.
