About the role:

The Sales Manager – HPAM Products is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration of Delta’s high-efficiency EC fans and thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications including hyperscale data centers, AI computing infrastructure, HVAC air handling units (AHU), and precision cooling systems.

This role focuses on developing strategic relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and data center infrastructure providers while expanding Delta’s presence in next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure cooling platforms.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, product management, and channel partners to achieve aggressive growth targets across North America.

Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales growth of HPAM EC fan solutions within data center, HVAC, and industrial cooling markets.
  • Develop strategic accounts including hyperscale cloud providers, OEM equipment manufacturers, and system integrators.
  • Identify design-in opportunities for Delta EC fans in data center cooling systems including air handling units, chillers, heat exchangers, computer room air conditioners and others.
  • Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.


2. Market Expansion & Strategic Account Management

Target key vertical markets:

Data Center Infrastructure

  • Hyperscale cloud platforms
  • AI/HPC server infrastructure
  • Colocation data centers

OEM Cooling Systems

  • AHU / CRAH / CRAC manufacturers
  • Thermal solution providers
  • Liquid-Air cooling system suppliers

  • Renewable energy infrastructure


3. Design-In & Technical Sales Engagement

  • Work with customer engineering teams to specify Delta EC fans as the Basis of Design.
  • Support airflow simulation, thermal analysis, and system integration discussions.
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, FAE and product management teams to customize solutions.
  • Drive early engagement in customer product development cycles.


4. Ecosystem Development

  • Develop specification relationships with OEM decision makers and market influencers.
  • Build ecosystem partnerships with cooling system integrators and precision cooling solution providers.


5. Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop annual sales plans and multi-year growth strategies for HPAM business.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
  • Monitor market trends including:
  • AI data center growth
  • Thermal management technology trends
  • Cooling architecture evolution


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams:

  • Product Management
  • Engineering / R&D
  • Marketing & MarCom
  • Supply Chain & Operations
  • Global Business Units

Support product roadmap development based on customer feedback and market needs.
