Delta Electronic Americas (HQ in Fremont CA) contributes more than half of Delta Electronics’ revenue, and plays a significant role in overall Delta groups.
Business Development Team: Delta offers diversified solutions and products to support various industries and markets. BD team is focusing on identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. The team directly reports to region executive management.
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
Key responsibilities would include
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients or partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Educate prospective clients and partners on our unique value proposition and delivery methods
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.

- You like to travel throughout the US (10%~30% travel anticipated)

- Bachelor degree, engineering majors preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant business development experience with demonstrated achievements
