This role is primarily focused on internal project execution — coordinating engineering, product, QA, supply chain, and operations — while engaging in select external collaboration with Account Managers and OEM/ODM partners to ensure commitments and deliverables are achieved. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and eager to grow into a leadership role in project management with a focus on solution components and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, operations, and account managers to align internal teams on goals, resources, and execution plans.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth handoffs between design, validation, and production.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, escalate when appropriate, and drive timely resolution to keep initiatives on track.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project charters, status reports, workflows, and meeting notes.
Facilitate regular project meetings, capture decisions, and follow up on action items to maintain accountability and momentum.
Assist in project budgeting by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams and account managers on customer-related payment milestones in line with SOWs.
Partner with OEM/ODM vendors on project milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.
Provide clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality in project delivery across product development and infrastructure projects.
Minium Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management (software, hardware, or infrastructure/NPI projects preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across internal teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira).
Familiarity with budgeting and resource tracking.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or Agile/Scrum).
Experience supporting NPI initiatives and coordinating cross-functional product launches.
Background working with OEM/ODM vendors and internal account management teams.
Exposure to solution components such as APIs, middleware, SaaS platforms, power/thermal systems, or enterprise integration frameworks.
