HR Intern- Immigration

About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Intern- Immigration to support administrative tasks within immigration and HR operations.
This is a junior-level role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in learning about U.S. immigration and HR processes.
Key responsibilities:
Immigration Support
- Help track immigration cases and update internal trackers
- Collect and organize documents from employees
- Send follow-ups for missing information
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support general coordination with internal teams
HR Support
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks
- Help maintain employee records and documents
- Support I-9 tracking and compliance tasks
- Assist with simple reports and data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (any related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Nice to Have
- Interest in immigration or HR
- Any administrative or internship experience
