About the Role:

  • Support the Finance Department in the areas of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and System Implementation.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Account Payable review and support:

  1. Employee Expenses and Travel Request review
  2. MRO expenses review

Fixed Asset:

  1. Tracking existing fixed assets and new fixed asset acquisition
  2. Tag and label fixed assets.
  3. Conduct periodic physical asset counts.
  4. Monitor and ensure completion of asset transfers and disposals.

System Implementation support:

  1. Review and analyze robotic reports for abnormal items.
  2. Support team to design a relevant RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process to improve the team's efficiency


Required Competencies:

  1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Accounting or Finance.


Desired Characteristics:

  1. Familiar with basic accounting concepts, formulas, and terminology.
