We are building the next generation of solid‑state, grid‑interactive power blocks that enable high‑density, flexible power delivery for datacenters, renewable energy systems, and advanced microgrids
The Validation Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and owning system‑level validation activities for Solid‑State Transformer (SST) and microgrid solutions . This role ensures that products meet functional, performance, reliability, and grid‑interaction requirements across simulation, HIL, laboratory, and early field environments.
The Validation Engineer acts as the bridge between design intent and real‑world behavior , working closely with simulation, HIL, controls, hardware, application, and standards teams to verify that system requirements are correctly implemented and robust under normal, abnormal, and fault conditions.
