Energy, Resources and Industrials Consultant

Our teams work at the intersection of strategy, business and technology, supporting clients through critical modernization initiatives. We are now looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen our team.
As a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager, you will help ER&I companies transform their technology landscape and operating models. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners, and bring strong technology credibility while maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes.
Support companies in large-scale transformation programmes
Define target operating models and technology roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor between business and technology stakeholders
Contribute to business development, proposals and sales activities
Contribute to knowledge sharing across team members
We are looking for candidates who combine technology expertise with strong business understanding and are comfortable in both strategic and delivery-oriented environments.
2+ years of relevant experience from consulting, technology, OR an industry background within one of our key industries Energy, Renewables, or Industrials.
Experience from projects, programs or complex workstreams
Understanding of technology and operating model transformation
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset and interest in business development
Master’s degree or equivalent higher education
