We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee and support the daily functions of our Engineering, Technical Support, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Coordination teams. This individual will serve as a critical link between these departments and leadership, driving process optimization, technical oversight, and customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor the Engineering, Technical Support, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Coordination teams. Provide clear direction, coaching, accountability, and performance tracking. Develop and refine scalable processes for project delivery and execution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Oversee quality control processes, standards, and documentation. Review and validate customer proposals for accuracy and optimal solutions. Ensure compliance with UL certifications and required testing protocols. Strengthen the technical expertise and skill set of the team through training and support. Customer Relations Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication throughout project lifecycles. Business Development Support Partner with sales teams to provide technical guidance and support. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Business or Technical degree required. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in operations, technical management, or related leadership roles. Strong background in engineering, preconstruction, or technical support. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance. WFH Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday-Thursday
