Solar Energy Advisor

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Energy Advisors.

This is a field-based, residential outreach role where representatives engage directly with homeowners to introduce qualified solar solutions and schedule installations. No prior solar experience is required — we provide fast, structured training and ongoing support.

This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, communicating with homeowners, and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage homeowners through in-person, residential outreach

• Educate homeowners on available solar options and qualification criteria

• Schedule qualified installations and hand off approved projects

• Work independently while following a proven process and training system

• Represent the company professionally in local neighborhoods

Training & Support:

• Initial training provided (approximately 2 days)

• Ongoing coaching and performance support

• Clear expectations and a straightforward sales process

Compensation:

• Performance-based compensation structure

• Earnings are based on completed installations

• Higher compensation available for self-generated opportunities

• Compensation details discussed during the interview process

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with field-based, in-person work

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
