We are looking for an experienced Senior PV Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of photovoltaic projects across Germany. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth implementation of high-quality rooftop solar installations.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior PV Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing photovoltaic projects independently from planning through commissioning
  • Leading rooftop solar projects across residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors
  • Coordinating all project phases, ensuring successful execution and delivery
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conducting regular site visits and overseeing construction progress
  • Reviewing and approving technical documentation, designs, and project deliverables
  • Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, authorities, and project stakeholder

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in photovoltaic project management
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering rooftop PV projects in residential and/or C&I environments
  • Strong project execution experience with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Ability to review and interpret technical documentation, including:
    • Single-line diagrams
    • Measurement concepts
    • Occupancy and site plans
  • Practical knowledge of VDE 4105 and VDE 4110
  • Understanding of construction site safety requirements
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project partners

Educational Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of project, risk, and contract management principles

Language & Location Requirements

Please note: We are specifically interested in candidates who are:

 ✅ Able to communicate professionally in German at B2-C1 level
 ✅ Fluent in English
