Our client is a leading global professional services firm with a well-established and growing Sustainability and Infrastructure Advisory practice in Ireland. With a large team they are at the forefront of advising public and private sector clients on climate resilience, nature-based solutions and sustainability strategy.
The team is expanding due to increasing demand for advisory services across nature, biodiversity and land-use, particularly within the public sector and policy landscape.

Who should apply?
This role will suit individuals currently working in environmental, sustainability or infrastructure advisory, looking to step into a more strategic, client-facing role with strong commercial exposure.
- 6–10 years’ experience in nature, biodiversity, land-use or related fields
- Background in natural sciences, environmental science, ecology, geography or similar
- Experience in consulting, advisory, infrastructure or policy environments
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical knowledge into advisory insights
- Experience within public sector or policy environments would be advantageous
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Director of Nature & Land Use, you will play a key role within a growing advisory team, leading engagements and working closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of projects.
- Client Delivery – Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory projects across nature, biodiversity and land-use topics
- Strategic Advisory – Provide insights on nature-based solutions, climate resilience and policy-driven initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement – Lead client meetings and confidently contribute to senior-level discussions
- Project Leadership – Manage multiple workstreams ensuring quality delivery and commercial outcomes
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with wider sustainability teams across climate, ESG and infrastructure
- Business Development – Support proposals, client relationships and growth of the advisory offering
- Team Development – Mentor and support junior team members within a collaborative environment
