Our client is a well-established professional services firm seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to its Sustainability Assurance team.

Who should apply?
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with audit and assurance experience
- Experience managing assurance engagements from planning to completion
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of ISAE 3000 or similar assurance standards
- An interest in sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks and regulations, including CSRD and ISSB
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to senior management within the Sustainability Assurance team, responsibilities will include:
- Managing sustainability assurance and advisory engagements across various industries
- Supporting the delivery of ESG reporting and assurance projects
- Working closely with clients on sustainability reporting requirements
- Managing engagement budgets, resources and project timelines
- Reviewing and analysing non-financial and ESG data
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working with senior leadership on business development and client initiatives
