WE’RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE – CARBON MARKETS 

Required work ex: 0 – 6 Months

Compensation: 40- 60k Per Month (based on candidate fit & background)

About The Role: Dantaya Advisors is assisting one of its clients in hiring an Executive to work closely with the CEO’s Office and Growth Office. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine business coordination, analytical ability, market research, stakeholder management, and business development in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.


The client is an India (New Delhi)-headquartered organization operating in the carbon markets and climate action ecosystem, working with project developers, verification bodies, corporates and other stakeholders across the carbon-credit value chain. The organization is currently entering an important phase of business expansion, commercialization, and institutional growth, with several new strategic initiatives being developed.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Work closely with the CEO’s Office & Growth Office in coordinating and supporting various business functions and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, partners and other business constituents.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality management presentations, business Reports reviews and decision-support material.
  • Support selected Business Development initiatives, partnerships and carbon-market and renewable energy development activities
  • Support management by research and business development efforts in new business opportunities and strategic initiatives related to carbon markets and renewable energy sector.
  • Conduct market, industry and policy research related to carbon markets, clean energy projects and related regulatory developments.
  • Prepare project concept notes, proposals, reports, charts and management summaries.


Candidate Profile: 

We are looking for candidates with following requirements:

Mandatory Requirements 


  • MBA or Masters in Climate Science / Environmental Science or similar field (with 0-6 Months of experience) - and Mandatory Exposure to Climate Science, Carbon Markets, Carbon Credits, ESG sector.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic Startup environment & ability to deliver independently within given deadline.
  • High Proficiency of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI-based Research/presentation, and Other MS Office tools.
  • Ability to make high-quality structured presentations, structured reports, and whitepaper. 


Good to have skills 


  • Prior work experience or Internship experience in Carbon Markets, Carbon Credits, ESG, Renewable Energy, Sustainability or related sectors.
