Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks and prepare documentation for external accountants.
- Process payroll, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Maintain weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Administrative & Office Support
- Support general office operations, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist with logistics coordination, sample shipments, and order entry.
- Prepare delivery notes and invoices for project execution.
- Collaboration & Team Support
- Partner with operations, sales, and project management teams to ensure timely reporting and information flow.
- Provide administrative support that helps departments stay aligned with financial and operational goals.
- Contribute to building efficient systems and processes as the company continues to expand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Office365.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to prepare accurate reports.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams while managing independent tasks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
