In order to accelerate its business growth, Danfoss Climate Solutions is now hiring its Head of Indirect Sales Europe, to manage and optimize our Sales through: Distributors - Resellers - System Integrators - Etc.
Ideal locations would be Germany, France, Spain, although we are flexible to consider other Danfoss locations if relevant (e.g. Denmark).

In order to accelerate its business growth, Danfoss Climate Solutions is now hiring its Head of Indirect Sales Europe, to manage and optimize our Sales through: Distributors - Resellers - System Integrators - Etc.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and implement the IDS strategy for Shared Sales Europe in alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Develop joint business plans with strategic partners to drive mutual growth.
- Ensure consistent execution of channel programs, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IDS team consisting of 6 direct reports and approx. 45 employees in total, located across multiple European markets (mainly France, Germany, Spain, Poland).
- Foster a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and commercial excellence.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to deliver excellent solutions for the channel.
- Ensure alignment with different Product Lines across Danfoss Climate Solutions and secure balanced focus of IDS activities across Product Lines.
- Set clear KPIs based on actionable plans, and continuously monitor performance against targets and initiate corrective measures if required.
-  Ensure compliance with Danfoss policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards. 
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a good background in channel/partner management in a related industry.
- Proven track record in managing distributor networks in a B2B environment.
- Multi-year experience in leading leaders in a multi-country, multi-product Sales environment of a matrix organization.
- Excellence in change management.
- Business-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
- Willing to travel (40%)
-  Fluent in English; addition European languages are a clear advantage.
