The Impact You'll Make

As our Production Technician – 1st Shift, you’ll play a key role in building our oil-free compressors that power efficient HVAC systems and lower environmental impact.

Your impact? You’ll help us deliver high-quality units on time by assembling components to specification, performing basic pressure/functional tests, and keeping your area safe, organized, and audit-ready—so customers get reliable performance from day one.

You’ll collaborate with production, quality, test, and materials teams and take ownership of your station setup, assembly steps, in-process checks, and documentation, helping us move toward a more efficient and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble compressor components per work instructions/SOPs using hand and power tools to achieve quality, safety, and takt-time targets.

Operate production equipment (e.g., hydraulic/pneumatic presses, air tools) and perform pressure and functional tests as specified.

Handle materials and prep parts (staging, verification, labeling) to keep flow smooth and traceable across the line.

Complete required documentation (checklists, test records, nonconformance tags) and escalate issues promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, 5S workstation and follow all EHS and quality procedures to support first-pass yield and audit readiness.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma/GED and 1–3 years experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly (or equivalent).

Proficiency with hand/power tools and following technical work instructions; basic ability to read diagrams or job travelers.

Commitment to safety, quality, and documentation; able to perform basic test steps and identify when to escalate issues.

Effective team communication and reliability in a fast-paced, standardized work environment.

Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks and lift/move items with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have (not required): familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic tools, minor troubleshooting of assembly issues, and experience with pressure/functional test stands.
