What You’ll Be Doing
Assemble oil-free compressors by preparing parts, placing components, and fastening them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, or other methods.
Operate tools and machinery—including hydraulic and pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and pressure test stands—to complete mechanical assembly and functional testing.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety, following all procedures and documentation to ensure products meet performance and compliance requirements.
Keep your workspace clean and organized, contributing to a safe, efficient production floor.
Collaborate with your team, sharing ideas and solving problems to continuously improve our assembly processes.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on technical role
Experience using hand tools and fasteners (bolts, clips, screws, adhesives)
Familiarity with hydraulic or pneumatic machinery, or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely
