As our Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships within OEM accounts and Industrial Refrigeration contractors in Singapore.

Your impact? You’ll help expand our market presence, deepen customer trust, and streamline sales operations—ultimately enabling smarter, more sustainable climate solutions across the region.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical experts and customer support, and take ownership of strategic account management, CRM optimization (using tools like Salesforce), and business development initiatives—helping us move toward a more innovative and customer-centric future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead account management efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and Industrial Refrigeration contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, providing technical guidance on Danfoss Climate Solutions products, and helping customers understand their applications and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and customer support to align sales strategies with broader company goals and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Use your skills in CRM and market analysis to manage sales activities in Salesforce, track pipeline progression, and analyze customer data to improve performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Continuously learn and share insights to refine sales strategies, stay ahead of market trends, and contribute to a more innovative and customer-focused sales approach.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales engineering, ideally within the commercial or industrial refrigeration sector, and a strong ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a solid understanding of pipeline management and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to work well independently and across cross-functional teams, managing multiple accounts and aligning efforts with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats, with the ability to clearly present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and problem-solving, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative climate solutions.
