What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of CRM experts, ensuring our Salesforce platform and processes continuously supports and improves commercial execution across our segment.
- Drive AI-enabled enhancements in Salesforce to empower the frontline with smarter, faster, and more data-driven tools.
- Partner closely with IT, analytics, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and commercial priorities.
- Strengthen CRM governance and user adoption, ensuring processes, training, and documentation are clear, accessible, and easy to follow.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, translating CRM capabilities into measurable commercial impact.
- Proven experience leading expert teams and delivering results through clear direction and strong execution.
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, plus strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A natural AI user who incorporates AI into daily work, using AI tools to enhance analysis, streamline workflows, and drive smarter practices.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience driving CRM adoption, governance, or sales process optimization in a complex organization.
