What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, cross-functional warehouse and distribution transformation program
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization, from technical and operational experts to the Climate Solutions senior leadership team, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and outcomes
- Establish and apply robust project governance, structured methodologies, and performance tracking to secure delivery on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
- Act as the central integrator between strategy, execution, and leadership communication—ensuring transparency, momentum, and timely escalation where needed
- Apply deep understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments to challenge assumptions, optimize solutions, and drive operational excellence
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts, enabling informed decisions and sustainable implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid experience leading complex projects within manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally involving warehouse or distribution operations
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and influence without authority
- A structured, decisive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-impact setting
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage
