The Impact You'll Make

As Sales Head for Climate Solutions in Malaysia & Indonesia, you will lead the growth and market positioning of Danfoss’ portfolio across two high-potential markets. You will shape and execute the commercial strategy—translating market opportunities into sustainable business growth while strengthening our presence across key customer segments and applications.

You will act as a senior representative of Danfoss in the local ecosystem, engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to advance energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Working closely with regional and global teams, you will align strategy, execution, and capability-building to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture that enables both business success and talent growth.

Success in this role means consistently delivering above-market growth, expanding market share across priority segments, strengthening key account relationships, and positioning Danfoss as a trusted partner in driving sustainable cooling and energy-efficient solutions in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive commercial strategy and business growth by defining and executing sales plans that deliver revenue, profitability, and market share across Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by building capabilities, strengthening accountability, and ensuring alignment to business priorities and growth ambitions.
  • Strengthen market positioning by engaging key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while shaping compelling value propositions aligned to market needs.
  • Own key account and channel development by expanding strategic partnerships, driving project opportunities, and maximizing growth across sales channels.
  • Optimize business performance by implementing pricing strategies, improving processes, and aligning cross-functional collaboration across the value chain

What We're Looking For
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent, with Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial roles within industrial, engineering, or HVAC/refrigeration sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and leading sales teams in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams within matrix and cross-functional organizations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior customers and partners
