Title: Supplier Operations Specialist I- EMS

Salary: $90,000-95,000 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for monitoring and controlling EMS suppliers’ performance and securing component availability to the factory by defining, building, and controlling daily incoming purchase order lines, acting as the primary point of communication for all supply issues. Duties: manage defined EMS suppliers by monitoring and resolving the open order report for daily exceptions and late purchase orders; manage EMS logistical agreements; monitor EMS supplier performance for on-time delivery, lead time changes, capacity levels, and stocking levels; first escalation point for material shortage situations, delivery error situations (quantity issues, missing shipment, missing documents); resolve initial invoice reconciliation issues; support EMS projects, onboarding suppliers, broker purchases, and PPV activities; present internally and externally regarding CTB, concessions, and ECN activities; support meetings, taking notes and meeting minutes, displaying charts and graphs. 10% domestic/international travel.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business.
5 years experience in procurement and EMS environment.
3 years experience with panel shops or enclosed drives manufacturers.
2 years’ accounting and transportation experience.
