Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for defining hardware architecture solutions and ensuring platform alignment across all products to maintain coherence in technical decisions. You will lead system-level design and optimization for power electronics and control applications, including the interface between firmware and hardware components.

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for defining hardware architecture solutions and ensuring platform alignment across all products to maintain coherence in technical decisions. You will lead system-level design and optimization for power electronics and control applications, including the interface between firmware and hardware components.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Select and integrate microcontrollers/microprocessors and manage hardware component vendors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and drive cost-optimized, value-engineered hardware design
- Create and maintain design documentation for hardware systems
- Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to hardware design teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware-related issues
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to support continuous innovation
You are a curious and collaborative professional with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Your strong communication skills in English allow you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a global environment.
To Succeed In This Role, You Bring
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Solid experience in hardware architecture design, covering power, analog, and digital systems
