You will be the global voice of distribution, influencing senior leaders across regions, product lines, marketing, strategy, and sales. What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deploy a global framework that systematically captures, validates, and prioritizes market trends, customer needs, distributor insights, and opportunities to simplify doing business with Danfoss
- Own the process through which distribution influences product roadmap priorities, ensuring customer and market voices drive investment decisions and accelerate high-value growth initiatives
- Develop compelling business cases that support strategic investments, new growth opportunities, and roadmap acceleration across multiple product lines and regions
- Lead initiatives that make it easier to do business with Danfoss, improving distributor and customer experiences through simplified processes and better interactions
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across a complex global matrix organization, facilitating cross-functional discussions that turn insights into tangible business outcomes and measurable growth
- Several years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role and a deep understanding of customers, markets, and distribution channels in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration industry
- Proven track record of driving significant organizational outcomes through influence and strategic leadership in a global environment
- Experience operating successfully in complex global matrix organizations, aligning stakeholders across regions, product lines, and functions
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and translating insights into strategic decisions and a transformational leadership mindset
