As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the HVAC&R business by achieving agreed sales growth targets and building a strong, sustainable project pipeline.
Through value-based selling and effective execution of sales activities, you will contribute to both qualitative and quantitative business growth.
By developing and executing growth objectives and go-to-market strategies for assigned business areas, you will expand Danfoss’ presence in the commercial air conditioning market.
Building strong customer and OEM relationships will be essential to increasing share of wallet and strengthening Danfoss’ market position.
This role is part of the Direct Sales team, covering the commercial air conditioning segment, and reports to the local Director, Climate Solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Promote and sell Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning solutions to HVAC&R customers in Korea
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with existing and new customers, including OEMs, by leveraging Danfoss-based solutions and technologies
- Execute business growth strategies to increase share of wallet and improve sales performance
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and OEM activities to ensure competitive and compelling offerings
- Maximize sales opportunities across the full Danfoss product portfolio
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how Danfoss solutions meet customer needs
- Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles and the HVAC&R industry
- Intermediate knowledge of HVAC&R applications
- Strong business acumen with the ability to deploy sales strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong time management skills
- High level of personal resilience, with a self-motivated and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively with international teams in a global matrix organization
