Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Logistics Analyst to act as a strategic enabler of seamless logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient deliveries while demonstrating a flexible and agile mindset that supports dynamic business needs. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to overall revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with Air, Ocean, Express freight forwarders & transporters to track and prepare for Inbound Shipment from overseas, ensuring all documentation, TISI permits are available and ready for import declaration filling until physical receiving at warehouse.
- Work with Fulfillment & 3PL warehouse, Surveyor and Insurance Broker, Auditor on inventory-related during Inbound goods e.g. with mismatched quantity, in accordance with Danfoss SOP & DOP.
- Work with Customer Service, 3PL Warehouse & transporter team arrange both export and domestic deliveries in Thailand (incl. demo unit/repair & return) and follow-up until Proof of Deliveries (POD) are received & handed to CSC.
- Work with 3PL Warehouse - provide daily shipment summary cleared to ensure timely PGR. Validate warehouse data (inbound number, code, qty) vs SAP MB51.
- Check & confirm billing from vendor management, collect POD, handover to finance both soft & hardcopies up to filling is completed.
- Send monthly damage list to Fulfilment and monitor packaging replacement & claim physical goods damage to vendor or follow up via Fulfilment with factory for claim.
- Working with Auditor & 3PL Warehouse to rectify issues arising from cycle count & annual stock take, if any.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or prior working experience with Freight Forwarding, Transportation-related industry.
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, import and export procedures, warehouse management, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong command of English language (written & verbal). The ability to converse in Thai is a must.

- Note: candidates who are familiar with SAP Warehouse Management, Global Trade Management (GTS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) have an added advantage.
