What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers and educate them on renewable energy programs
• Represent clean energy solutions with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm
• Guide customers through the free enrollment process and explain benefits of switching to a cleaner energy solution
• Hit daily and weekly performance targets (engagement with law of avg tracking, customer conversions, and retention) Develop business building habits and skill sets
• Participate in regular training and coaching to develop leadership skills and advancement potential to manage campaigns, along with grow a team that expands our organization.

• Strong communication skills and friendly personality
• A passion for sustainability, clean energy, or making a difference that protects customers from increasing energy bill related costs.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable speaking with people in a environment
• Ability to work morning shifts, evening shifts and earn potential weekend bonus incentives.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
