The Role: We're seeking a motivated Junior Architect (1-3 years experience) to join our deep energy retrofit team. This is your opportunity to work on innovative projects that are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in building decarbonization, while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of architectural design.

What You'll Bring:

  • Professional B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with parametric modeling (Rhino Grasshopper, Dynamo) or mechanical design software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Shapr3d)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Self-discipline with excellent organizational abilities
  • Passion for building decarbonization and electrification

What You'll Do:

  • Develop architectural drawings and models for deep energy retrofit projects
  • Research and apply innovative materials and systems for decarbonization
  • Help develop innovative products for use in deep energy retrofit projects. 
  • Navigate and integrate building codes, zoning, and energy requirements for retrofits
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders on complex retrofit solutions
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct independent research to advance decarbonization strategies
