Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing, alongside project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution for mechanical systems including HVAC, duct, and plumbing installations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
  • Lead project meetings to communicate progress, address concerns, and implement solutions swiftly.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the mechanical or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, duct, sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
