Controls Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, programming, and implementing control systems for various applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering and programming, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Program and configure control logic using Function Block or line-by-line programming techniques.
- Implement and troubleshoot control systems in Tridium and Niagara environments.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other engineering disciplines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during installation and commissioning phases.
- Maintain documentation for all control systems, including design specifications, programming code, and testing results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in controls engineering and control systems design.
- Strong programming skills in Function Block or line-by-line programming.
- Familiarity with Tridium and Niagara control platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
