Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively leading a team of engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical engineering, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, and construction practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
