Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to design and implement mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing any mechanical issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the mechanical or construction industry.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, and sheet metal work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
