Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, ensure accurate estimating, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Foster business development opportunities by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
