- Manage and lead mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems design and installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Competitive Pay: $120k - $150k + Bonus
