- Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Oversee budgeting and cost estimation processes for HVAC projects.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain strong client relations, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ASHRAE standards, implementing energy-efficient solutions where possible.
- Conduct commissioning processes to ensure systems operate according to design specifications.
- Solve problems and address issues that arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for projects.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and client relations abilities.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management.
- Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and ASHRAE standards.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and construction management techniques.
- Experience with AutoCAD and other design software.
