- Lead and manage mechanical projects including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project phases.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all stages of the project.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
