Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects in the food processing sector from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support during all project phases, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of process piping systems and design principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
