- Lead and manage mechanical projects including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Competitive Pay: $110k - $140k + Bonus
