- Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Competitive Pay: $120k - $150k + Bonus
