Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Conyers, GA (Atlanta Metro Area)Salary: $110,000-$150,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial HVAC installation and comfortable managing projects ranging from small service-related scopes to large-scale new construction builds. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications while maintaining our reputation for dependability and quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and clientsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsOversee installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipmentReview project drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and ensure constructabilityAdapt to changing project schedules, field conditions, and design updatesTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project progress, installation quality, and system performanceLead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications3+ years of experience in mechanical project management (Ideally HVAC focused)Experience managing commercial construction HVAC projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, VRF, chilled water, and packaged unitsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA complianceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with new construction HVAC installation projectsExperience working across multiple facility types (retail, education, manufacturing, etc.)Background working for a mechanical contractorCandidates that complete skills assessments and screening questions will receive priority consideration in the hiring process.BenefitsAll Benefits Included
