Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from conception to completion in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards while leading a team of engineers and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and executive management.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Sheet Metal, Piping, and Plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
