Controls Engineer

We focus on sustainability and innovation in metal solutions. As a Controls Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize automation systems to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.


Job Description
  • Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for production processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on automation upgrades and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all control systems.
  • Analyze system performance and implement improvements for reliability and productivity.

Must-Have Skill Set
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial networking.
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms and control system integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards (NFPA, OSHA) and industrial automation best practices.
