The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, are completed on time, and within budget. - Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and review project estimates and change orders.
- Oversee the design, installation, and retrofit of HVAC systems in commercial buildings such as hospitals and schools.
- Implement building automation systems to enhance energy efficiency and control.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Forecast project needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of estimating, design, and installation processes for HVAC systems.
- Experience with building automation systems and energy-efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
