Mechanical Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in commercial construction is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
